Club Activities

Check-in:  Please remember to visit the “Check-in” tent upon arrival on Friday.  At the check-in tent, you can pick up your membership packet and club pin, turn in your ticket to enter the drawing for the Hot Air Balloon Ride*, purchase tickets for the chicken dinner and the 50/50 raffle, and pick up any pre-ordered T-shirts.  The tent will also be open for limited hours on Saturday.  (*The balloon ride is at the balloon pilot’s discretion, is weather permitting, and is only good at this year’s Festival.)

FoodShane’s food tent will be open for business Friday evening, Saturday afternoon, and Saturday evening for ice cream, coffee, and other snacks. 

The club will provide complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, and donuts at Shane’s food tent during the Saturday morning launch.   

Seminar:  We would love to have someone come in to do an RV related seminar.  If you know anyone who would be interested please have them contact us. 

Membership Meeting:  Our annual membership meeting will be held at 2 p.m. in the movie tent on Saturday.  Please bring a chair and join us for a brief meeting which may include voting on rule or bylaw changes and election of officers.  Balloon ride* tickets, 50/50 raffle tickets, and door prizes will be drawn at this time – you must be present to win. 

(*The balloon ride is at the balloon pilot’s discretion, is weather permitting, and is only good at this year’s Festival.)

Saturday Dinner:  We expect to again offer Chicken dinners for Saturday evening.  Dinners include chicken, 2 vegetables and bread.  Tickets can be purchased at the check-in tent on Friday only.   

Fun:     Family-friendly movies will be shown Friday and Saturday evenings, weather permitting.  Children’s crafts and activities will be available to entertain the children during the membership meeting and at various times during the weekend. 

Shuttle:  The shuttle will again run from our parking area to the airport and back.  Please remember that the road to the airport is for the shuttle and staff use only.  For safety reasons, no pedestrians, please. 

Assistance:  If you need any assistance, please see one of the officers or committee members.  They will be wearing grey club T-shirts.  The “Host RV” at the beginning of each section should also be able to assist you.
