Membership is available on a first-come/first-served basis.
  
We recommend that you get your applications in early! 

As in prior years, groups wishing to park together must register at the same time
and must arrive together. 

Membership Requirements:  You must possess (own, rent, or borrow) a self-contained RV unit, with integrated holding tanks* for fresh, black, and grey water, and agree to abide by the club rules and regulations.
*If you have any questions about whether your RV unit meets these requirements, please contact us.

Suggested Dues:  $40 per year.

Membership Privileges:  Reserved parking at the Floyd Bennett Memorial Airport field** for the 2010 Adirondack Balloon Festival, September 24-26, 2010, and participation in the various club-sponsored activities during the Festival.

By submission of the membership application you affirm that you have read, and you and your guests agree to abide by, the attached rules and regulations as well as all other rules and regulation imposed by local and federal authorities.

Membership packets and parking permits will be mailed to members in late August.

** Please note: The parking area is not a “campground” – it is simply an open, unimproved field that Warren County generously allows us to use for one weekend a year.   The Northeast Hot Air RV’ers Club makes no claims as to the suitability of the site for RV parking and assumes no responsibility for your vehicle.
