The Northeast Hot Air RV’ers
is
a not-for-profit RV club
(Recreational Vehicle/Camper club)
that
gathers once a year
for the
Adirondack Balloon Festival
at
the Floyd Bennett Memorial Airport
in Warren County, New York
Our annual gathering is organized
and run entirely by volunteers!
2011
marks the 39th anniversary of the
Adirondack
Balloon Festival
which
will take place from
September 23th-25th,
2011
The
club gathering lasts from Friday (Sept. 23)
until Sunday (Sept. 25)
Members
attending the event are expected to stay on site
until after the Sunday morning launch.
We invite you become a member of our
club and join us for a wonderful weekend of Balloon Festival activities while
camping on Warren County
property* overlooking
the airport grounds in your
Fully
Contained** Recreational Vehicle.
On our website, you will find the 2011 membership application,
a copy of the updated rules and regulations,
and a map of the RV parking area.
2011 Application is available online and has been mailed to
current members.

Membership is available on a
first-come/first-served basis.
We
recommend that you get your applications in early!
Groups
wishing to park together must register at the same time
and must arrive together.
The
field* will be open for RV parking on
Friday, September 23, 2011
between 2 and 7:30 pm ONLY.
There will be no admissions prior to 2 pm
or after 7:30 pm on Friday.

All balloon flights are scheduled weather permitting ~ The
Festival is open to the public FREE OF CHARGE
*Please
note: The parking area is not a “campground” – it is simply an open,
unimproved field that
Warren County generously allows us to use for one weekend a year.

as to the suitability of the site for RV parking and assumes no
responsibility for your vehicle.
**RVs must have integrated holding tanks for fresh, black, and grey
water. If you have any questions about whether your RV meets these
requirements, please contact us.
